A couple of years ago around 2007. On christmas eve we were spending the night at family members houses sharing time with the whole family. we would start off by getting ready and getting prepared to leave my house. Before we left the house we turned on all the christams lights outside and checked all the doors and windows if they were locked. In that time it was my mom, dad, brother , and I iving in the house. My aunt and uncle from mexico were staying at my house. when we all left we left all at the same time first we left to my uncles house from my moms side of the family.When we got there we stated off by eating i started off by eating some posole, red tamales and from that point foward i kept eating until i got full and stop eating for a while then would start again i would pratically munch on everything there was get a little bit of everything so i wouldnt regret eating something i really wanted. time would always go by so slow in christmas that it would get on my nerves so what i would dois play hide and seek with my little cousins i would always play because i would never count and i made up the rules and would always have alliances with my little cousins so they wouldnt say they wouldnt say they found me first. we would played for a little while because after a while we would start making messes all over the house and we would get in trouble so we would stop. After that i would just hang out in the living room just listening to evrybody talk laughing at some jokes they would make so as time went by it got longer and longer until 11 when it hits 11 everything goes much by faster so before i can notice it was 12 so when 12 came we started to open our presents and axiously i was waiting to open my presents i got clothes and other stuff so after we were done opening presents we left to my uncles house of my dads side of the family. my mom, dad , and i left when we were on our way we passed through my house to see if everything was ok and when passd everthing seemed right so we kept going when we got my uncles house i started to eat agaian a little bit of everything so while i was eating they were going to start opening the presents so i went with them and as usual i would get more clothes. we stayed there for a while after my parents were tired we left to the house as soon as we got we noticed the back door was open so we tought my aunty and uncle were outside smoking so we checked and they werent there and when my mom looked to the sides she notices the windows were broken so we got scared and my mom started yelling my uncle and auntys name because she was scared somebody was upsatirs still in the house when they woke up and came downsatirs they were worried so we started checking the whole house to see if there was anything missing and there wasnt anything missing except one thing my brothers suitcase were he had $12,00o dollars so as we found out we called my brother to go home so as he got there he was mad and he called the cops when the cops got there they started to ask him how he had so much money and he had that money from a cars he selled with my uncle so as they started ask questions and stuff they went around looking for any type of evidence and they didint find any fingerprints because either they had gloves on or they just dissapeared with cold since it was so cold that day the only things they found were shoeprints so they got there stuff and left to investigate. as soon as the cops left my brother started to call some of his friends that knew he had that money and told them were it was so when one of his friends got there he started to tell him what happened and told him to tell them the truth on who took it or if they knew who took it so after a while they left because they were going to another friends house and start asking him stuff and as time went by my brother know who it was and so did my parents. after a while i forgot all about that and since then i really never found ot who did take the money and now that, that came up im going to ask my parents who did it because im curious now.
